Description
Picasso Jr is a 1997 Dutch gelding by Junior STV. He was imported from Holland in 2004 and purchased through Judy de Winter. You can see a video of him on youtube. Just search Picasso Jr Dressage (new video). This video is a video montage from August 2009-Nov 2009. The rider is not a professional or trainer and has owned Picasso since he was 6 yrs old. She has brought him up from a Training level horse to showing Int1. This horse has one of the most impressive show records around. In 6 years out of 47 recognized dressage shows, Picasso has won 44 Championships!! He has been shown in both AA and Open classes. Picasso has also been asked to do many public demos. he is well known for his one handed canter pirouettes and 2 tempis on a circle. In Sep 2008 at the Western Canada Competition he received a standing ovation for his freestyle. Picasso would make the perfect Amateur horse or YR horse. He is very easy to ride and is alot of fun.
