Q: How soon will my listing be shown?
Ans:

Your horse or trainer listing will be immediately added to our database.  This means prospective buyers will be able to find your property immediately.  In addition, you have the ability to update your listing at any time - 24/7.  All changes take effect immediately.

 
Q: I forgot my username and password.
Ans:
If you forget your username and password, simply click on the Login link at the top of the Home Page.  Just below the login box and a link that reads "Forgot your Username or Password? Click Here.  Click on the link and enter your username.  Your username is the same as your e-mail address.  You will automatically be sent an e-mail with your password.
 
Q: My trainer login is not working.
Ans:
First, verify that you logging into the correct area.  There is a seperate login area for Trainers that is located in the bottom right corner of the Home Page.  CLICK HERE view the Trainer Login.
 
If you're still having problems, verify that you are entering the correct username and password (it is case sensitive).  You can verify your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link.
